Our Healthy Living group is a weekly group for people that want to live healthily.

We are an informal group of people with mixed fitness levels who want to live physically healthier lives. This is a lighter alternative to the gym and we are open to all.

Our evenings begin by a warm-up and we then do light exercise circuits containing a range of movements which can be done at your own pace. The last 15 minutes of our evening is used for sharing tips and discussing healthy living topics.

During the summer months we also add in some walks around the local countryside!
